What are the benefits of in-home pet sitting? • Less stress for pets, comfort/familiarity of home • Safe environment (less chance of injury, disease) • Personal one-on-one attention • Pet's personal routine is followed/maintained • Pets are not alone at night • House appears lived in (light alternating, newspaper/mail is picked-up)
What areas do you serve? We offer dog walking service/check-ins in inner NE, SE and NW Portland. For overnights we service North of the Sellwood Bridge, South of the Columbia River, West of 82nd Ave., and East of the West Hills.
What is your cancellation policy? Please provide 48 hours notice for overnight stays up to 10 days in length; 5 days notice for overnight stays longer than 10 days. Failure to comply will result in a charge of 25% of total arranged cost.
What forms of payment do you accept? We currently only accept cash and checks as payment for services.
When is payment due? For overnight services, a minimum of half the total amount is due when Pet Sitter arrives for the first day of services (not including the initial meet and greet); remainder of payment is due within one week of client's return.
